Hi! I'm having trouble undestanding how to create stairs. Does anyone have a suggestion of resources that will teach me how to create
stairs? Thank you!

You may want to invest in CADclips training.
Tons of video training on Stairs. Too many great tips to try to summarize in text format.
You may also want to check out the CADclips Youtube Channel
