hi there,
is there a way to import an excell or access file into a revit project?
i can not find any thing on it
i just like to paste it on to a sheet with a title block
if this can not be done are there any alternatives,
like pasting in a pdf or importing a dwg?
thanks,
Robert.

Can't be done - its a long standing wishlist item.
Current solution is to create a screenshot of it and import it as a jpg...

I take the time to print the Excel file to a PDF then crop and export the JPG out of Acrobat. A couple of additonal steps but you get the "printed" formatting of your Excel file so things like cell borders, shading and sheets larger than the screen size work.

Thanks mate,
that is good info
i was also considering printing direct to my large hp plotter on a A1 sheet
this way one could use more columns and double a specification fitment schedule for example as a colour schedule
line weights have to be looked at i noticed
thanks again Tom
