How can we make the building-pad follow a tilted wall?

Move the pad sketch to the inner side of the wall. Then spilt the topo exactly to the edge of the wall by setting the Cut plane. Then move the splitted surface to the bottom of the wall.

Thank you for quick answer
But that bit of splitted surface will not update itself, if I change either the wall or the pad, right?

That's some crazy design. Is this a real project ?
Not sure you are going to be able to fill that complex gap in by using a 'pad' to cut away the Topo. The side walls of a pad are always vertical as far as I know. You can add a slope arrow to the bottom of the pad but that's not what you need.
When you sketch the Pad lines you can 'pick' the wall to define the pad edge but I still think it will be vertical. Worth trying I suppose.
As India indicates you can move the pad sketch line to the interior of the wall but I don't quite understand what he means by "spilt the topo exactly to the edge of the wall by setting the Cut plane". Cut plane is purely visual and only applicable in a plan view. Cut plane does not come into play in 3D, elevation or section views.
Sorry, no REAL solution from me : (

dgcad, I meant what you said. Splitting the topo exactly at the edge of the slanted wall is not easy, so I suggested to go the plan view and set the cutplane exactly to the level (where topo is meeting the wall) so that you can get a reference to split topo surface.
zuzullo, you right it will not update automatically.
