What is the best way to grab a specific area of a site plan, (area where work is to be performed), and create a view of that area. I would've thought I'd be able to create a view from a scope box? Would this be best performed with a callout?

I would just 'duplicate' the view (with or without detailing), rename the view, adjust the scale and then adjust the boundaries of the 'crop region'. Then turn the crop region off if you don't want to see it.
