Coming from from an autocad background I am having difficulties creating a fillet at the outer edges in the top and bottom of my mass.
The fillet should have a radius at approximately 200mm.
Any clues?

Create a Sweep along the edge with the profile you want, create the VOID and cut.
BTW, may I ask why you need to create two voids to create that solid when you can create that in one piece?
check the images...
