Hi-

I am renovating an 11 story apartment building with only 3 kinds of apartment units.  I created a model group for each of the 3 unit types and they all work properly for updating when I make changes - except for when I try to demo walls and other items.  The demolition does not show up in the other copies of the model group.  Even if i manually change "Phase Demolished" for these items, they remain unchanged in the other copies.  Is there some special trick - or will I be having to demo the items in a bazillion units one by one and hope to goodness they don't change?

Very interesting.  I'm working on a 128 bed dorm that has the exact same apartment configuration repeated 24 times... (so easy!) so I had an excuse to test this.

It seems you are correct --  The demolish phase value is removed from all objects in the group, bar the original.  Regardless of whether it's changed IN the group, or changed outside of the group and then added.  That really sucks.
