By this post all that read it will be able to tell that I am new to Revit, so here goes. I am currently working on a flat roof at a local hospital, pretty simple, your typical re-roof job. When I try to use the section cuts for expansion joints, curb details, drains, etc., they all show up on Level 2, I used the Building Section command since there is no "Roof Section" command. How do I keep the section marks confined to the Roof level?

Place your sections on the roof level and drag your crop region as desired. If they are still showing up on unwanted levels, go to that level view, click on the section, right click and select hide component.

That worked perfectly! I guess they left that out in our class.
Thanks
