I am designing a building on Revit Architecture, and I'm wondering if it is possible to have a courtyard on the 3rd floor? What I want to do is have the apartments surround this open courtyard/common area that will have a garden in it. But since it is on the third floor im not sure it would work out because of drainage and etc-- unless i put a flat glass roof over it, but that might look silly. What are your thoughts?

Why not? You can have a floor that has an earth layer on it.
