for instance im working on schedules for a condo. i want to do one schedule for common areas and another schedule
for just the suites. how would i go about doing this? right now i have created the 2 schedules but all the rooms are
showing up on both schedules and i cant remove them

in your schedule properties there is sorting and grouping and a filter areas. I would begin to use those two areas to see if you can get what you need to show by using those option. without it in front of me and looking at it i really cant say what exactly to filter and sort. But give those a try and should be a good start for ya.
