HIS THERE

i HAVE CREATED A NEW FAMILY FOR SOME BESPOKE COLUMNS. IN THE FAMILY I HAVE ADDED SYMBOLIC LINES TO GET THEM TO SHOW AS I WANT THEM TO ON PLAN. THE PROBLEM IS THAT THEY ARE SHOWING AT ALL THE LEVELS OF MY MODEL, EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE ONLY POSITIONED AT ONE LEVEL. I IMAGINE THERE MUST BE SOMETHING SOMEWHERE IN THE FAMILY OPTIONS TO TELL IT TO ONLY SHOW WHERE THE ELEMENT IS IN THE VIEW DEPTH?

ANY HELP WOULD BE MUCH APPRECIATED.

Look at your family and your view ranges.  If any part of that family is cut in another plan view, then the family will show.

THANKS FOR THE REPLY. THERE SEEMS TO BE SOME ANALYTICAL LINES EXTENING REALLY FAR BELOW THE BOTTOM OF MY MODELED FAMILY - I CAN ONLY SEE THESE LINES IN THE MAIN MODEL THOUGH, NOT IN THE FAMILY ITSELF. CAN I TURN THEM ON IN THE FAMILY AND ADJUST THEIR DEPTH?
