So a while back I read what seemed like a savvy blog entry that seemed to recommend referencing property lines instead of having them directly in the main project file.
So I have successfully entered the property lines using the site and massing property lines table input (attached Revit Architecture 2012 file)

The problem is that I don't think I accurately rotated project north.
So when I referenced the property lines RAC 2012 file into the main project I had to rotate the referenced RAC file.
Then when I went to label it I couldn't tag the ref'd RAC file's property lines - instead I got the attached error message

Ultimately my goal was to have true north rotated accurately - and have the property lines lable with not only the correct distance, but the correct angle.
I have attached a creen-shote of the RAC 2012 project file that references the property lines created in RAC 2012 with the site property line table interface.

ok... removed ref'd RAC file and pasted property lines directly into project file instead. Yea! that is working
...and rotated project north to make rear wall of building parallel to the adjacent property line. More success!
