I added the vinyl floor by using split face for thin finishes and painted according to the instruction. Then when I clicked the 3D view, the tile shows only when I zoom in.  Does anyone know how to get the vinyl floor grid to show up in the 3D view?

Did you try changing the scale? Change the detail level from coarse to fine?  How far zoomed in are you before you see it?  Did you use a material that is with Revit or did you make your own?
