I posted previously on this issue and an admin responded in a very condescending way. I just posted again on this issue and the post completely disappeared (I've got my theories).
After receiving a series of condescending responses on the original post, I asked that it be removed due to the fact that it is not useful discussion. I then decided to delete as much of the post as I had control of since I could not get it deleted, only to then find myself locked out by the admin who furthered his claim that I was not following his rudimentary instructions and that I was too embarrassed to admit that it was my own stupidity causing the problem.
Unfortunately, the problem continues and despite my previous resolve to not participate in these forums anymore, I decided to give it another try in the hopes of either hearing from someone less condescending or in informing the community of a problem. This is not a problem of user error.
Please note that we are using Revit Architecture 2012.
The highlighted sloped floor slab is indicated to be at level B4 in the properties window.
The highlighted sloped floor slab is visually at level B5
The highlighted sloped floor slab was created using copy-to-clipboard of the slab from level B3 and pasting to selected level B4.
I performed this task 4 times with the same result. The last time, I performed this task in front of a witness who is also very competent in Revit.
This issue is not the result of my stupidity (despite what the admin says).
