Hi,
i'd like to use revit to create color plans that show difference in use. for a basic example, we'd make mechanical spaces
gray, circulation spaces, yellow, large offices blue, small offices orange and open offices red.
how do i add this parameter? is it in the room tag family? i'm assuming its an on/off parement related to
showing color, but thats just a guess....i don't know how to make that work...help!
i'd rather not keep exporting to photoshop, which is our current office standard, and such a waste of time!
any help is appreciated!
thanks

Select the room (NOT the room tag) and then define it's space in the properties. In this case I defined each rooms space under the "Occupancy" parameter.
Next, create a new color scheme which defines creates the colors by Occupancy instead of Name (or whatever else). You can change this in the drop down menu. See pic...
