If I send a file with a bunch of linked DWGs in it, mostly drafting views, will I have to send them in addition to sending the .rvt?

Linked files are exactly that, they are linked, not embedded so you will have to send them separately.

So nothing will appear to the receiver? Not a block from the last time is was found, correct?
