Hi, is there a quick and easy way to create a solid mass from a toposurface? Reason I'm asking is I need to create a STL file from this (to make a contour model on a CNC machine).
I'm using Revit Architecture 2012 (just a new user...)
NB. I have tried a previous suggestion of exporting as dwg file, then creating a mass family from this, and loading into a project but keep getting a message 'Unable to load file 'Project1' as a group. Can't copy elements between families created from "Pattern Based", "Generic Model Adaptive", or "Mass" templates, and other families or Revit projects'
Is this a good method and I'm just doing something wrong?
Thanks very much for your help
