Hi there.
I am currently using Revit 2012 on Windows XP.
I was wondering if anybody else has had troubles with an image (IE Business Logo) being shown on the screen and in the revit titleblock family, but not printing out (A1 Printer)?
We've only noticed this in the last few weeks with one of our projects, however, the same project will print out on our other printer (A3 Printer).
I am wondering if it might be because we recently updated our server and had to copy all our files over to the new server. Does this mean Revit no longer can "find" (like a link maybe?) this logo in the titleblock family and that's why it won't print out? (on A1 Printer)
Any help regarding this would be appreciated.
Thanks.

This happens when the print settings are set to vector, and not raster. You should really try to make a family of your logo with lines and regions, so you don't have to print everything raster.

Thanks for the suggestion, however it didn't solve our problem.
I researched a little further and found that several other Revit 2012 users are having the same problem with raster images not printing on A1 or "full size".
If you're able to think of any other suggestions I'd greatly appreciate it.
Thanks.

Try downloading an updated driver for your printer.

Okay thanks.
We will try that and see if it helps.

We discovered it wasn't a driver update needed for the printer, but a tick box in the printing preferences.
For anyone interested, this is the link to fix the problem:
