I am trying to create a beam system where one end of the joists are at a constant height while sloping down to a beam (east-west) which is also sloping (north-south).. Is there a way to have the joists read all of the slopes and adjust accordingly? I can get them to all slope one direction just fine using a reference plane but I cannot get them to individually adjust for the extra slope. I basically want one end to sit on the wall at a constant elevation while the other end slopes. The pic might not be the best examply but i think it gets the point across. Hope I explained it ok!

You mean you want the joist seat to slope at one end - not the joist correct? You can't twist a joist.
