My apologies, I'm a noob, I appreciate your patience. I'm trying to figure out how to place corner boards on the exterior walls. My search here revealed vertical sweeps. It's exactly what I'm looking for. However, I can only place the cornerboard on one side of the corner, the other side snaps 5½" away from the corner. I swear I've tried everything to correct this to no avail. I've even tried doing a mass object extruded which works, but I can't seem to figure out the visibility issue yet which I will eventually. Is the vertical sweep the way to do it? How do I get my "board" to the corner? Thanks again for your patience.

It would depend on your wall join. To place them both on the corner you would need it to be a mitre joint as opposed to a butt joint. Which you can change using the wall join tool. But, i'd probably make the profile as such that it wraps completely around the corner rather than having to place two sweeps to create the corner board.
