The scenario is we do projects in revit however some clients still don't use Revit that's why we export revit to cad, now we want our own cad standard to be used and all of its lineweights?

Read your help.  Search layer and you will find a topic on how to set up a standard layer translation file.  AIA is the main standard already setup.
