I cut all of my wall sections from the elevations and I noticed they do not show up in plan.
I would just redo them cut from plan (as I notice they will show up in elevation) but I have done all my call-outs.
Is there any way to get these to show up in plan or do I have to chalk it up and re-cut them in plan view.

Check the properties for the section views, make sure 'Hide at scales coarser than' isn't set higher than your plan view. If it's not that, check VG in the plan views and make sure sections are not turned off. If it's not that, make sure your sections go through your plan's view range.
