Hi I'm having problems modelling an uneven quadrilateral (see attached img for details).  I am trying to assign a parameter to control an edge, but run into problems every time. I am admitedly - a little new to conceptual mass moddelling. I'm creating a new conceptual mass, choosing the Metric Generic Model Adaptive template, then attempting to draw the profile and either loft with a double on seaprate reference plane or extrude it - neither is successful.

I've scoured the net for tutorials on this, and none seem to deal with the issue I'm facing - any help will be greatly appreciated.  I can post as many images or files as allowed if I'm not making sense Smile

Many thanks to anyone who can help!

I (think) I've solved it!  Having messed around with so many different settings in revit I went back and looked at the maths of a quadrilateral - and rediscovered its a prtty simple shape.  I went back and drew the profile (on one ref plane), associated a dimension with each of the sides (using a flat edge to begin) and assigned a parameter.  I then extruded and used the offset as a 'width' parameter.  All seems to be working!
