I am working on a project that has a number of different angles. Is there a way to create multiple project norths such that I can toggle between them depending on what area of the building I am working on?

It won't be realistic if that would be possible.
Jou can rotate the "view port" though.

Gebber is saying that you should create multiple views with each one rotated according to your needs. This is not rotating project north.
