When you have a linked file coming into your model and you copy monitor the walls it looks like the walls automatically adopt the workset from the linked file. Is there any way to reassign that copied wall to a new workset? We typically like to control visibility through worksets because we can have it automatically turn off the element throughout al our views instantly but it seems like in this case there is no benefit to this method. If we apply a filter to the copied walls for on and off yes they will turn off per view. But then we have to apply them through a view template to every view we dont want to see them in and not just for us for our consultant as well. Since they wont be using a by linked view from us they will have to manually custom set and turn off this filter in their project as well. Just looking for some daylight or recomendations on the best method to hide the copymonitored walls in our project.
