everytime i try to install my new full vesion of revit it defaults to stand alone "locked" under licensing and I use to have a student version on my laptop which was a Stand Alone locked license. How can i fully remove the former sudent version that I had so I can have a fresh clean new version on my laptop?

still no luck, I uninstalled the educational version, went through the istructions on the website, and still when I install my new version of Revit, before I even get the chance to register it, it tells me I have 943 days left. I cant get past this and the liscense is Stand ALone - Locked. So now I have this full version of Revit that I cant register and use. I bet If I worked in Revit and tried to send it to another Revit user my file would show up as educational. Anyone know How I can remove fully the educational version and get past this road block?

Are you still using your student project on your laptop? We have cautioned you about the infections you can get from this.
Revit allows you to install and license on your desktop then also use it seperately (not at the same time) on your laptop. One option to do this you is borrowing the license - under the Revit R.
