If I work on project at school in a Revit student version and then I work on it at my office on a fully liscensed version later will there be any issues between the two revit files?
Thanks in advance

Yes
Never use anything developed in a student version in your office. There is a watermark that will always be present. (At least that is the way it was several years ago)

I know for a fact that as of a couple years ago it was a full blown built in Autodesk generated 'virus' that infects ALL SUBSEQUENT files that are opened on the PC after a student version file has been opened on that legitimate installation.
In other words it 'brands' the local legitimate installion 'student' and also brands all files it opens hense forth or at least until it gets cleane up.
I know this because I used to have to do the cleanup work as a reseller AE.
The real problem is this virus could be activated even as a result of just a family or block contained within a legitimate file that was generated by the student version. So it could easily happen unknowingly.
There's a very specific way to undo it but it's not pretty and involves online activity with Autodesk.
Not worth it.

Does watermark appear when i print from the educational version or when i print the file created in an educational version from a fully liscensed version of revit. Id like to be able to work on my school project in my spare time at the office as well as in class. Right now when I print from my educational version i do not see a watermark on the paper.

i think it's when you open the student version file in the non-student version of the software and print.
