I am new to Revit. My issue is that i deleted my site plan and have no idea how to get that back. Also Where do I get that 3D countour data that i can just import and make my own improvements to? Sorry if i sound like i have no idea what im doing.

Use the view menu> new plan to remake the site plan. or duplicate the view by right clickin on a floor plan, then adjust the view range etc.. you can import Autocad 3d site data into Revit. use the helpfile, it will show you how.
