As you will see from my attachment I have made some irregular walls through model in place, and an irregular roof by modifying points, is there a way to either attach the walls to the roof so that it is very clean.
I can cut the walls with voids but it seemed very messy. and obviously I need to add additional solids this way to meet the apex of the roof
If anyone knows a nice workaround to achieve a similar result to what attaching a wall to a roof would do please tell me
Much appreciated

your walls appear to have been created using mass or something, this is unfortunate. If they had been created as simple walls, then you can easily extend the top or cut the top to fit the roof. As it is and if you want to maintain the variable thickness of the walls you will have to cut the wall with a void. this will be tricky, you may need to use a void sweep to cut the walls to fit the roof, good luck.

yeah thought this might have been the case, the walls were created as in place models using blend from floor to floor following the profile of the section slice and have to be this way. Guess I'm stuck with voids then

Wow this is proving near impossible thanks to revits lack of basic modelling capability, Voids can't cut voids, voids can cut solids but then the solids can't be turned into voids, and solids can't cut solids. just 1 of these would have made this task so much simpler. or (and I may be executed for saying this) AutoCAD's basic slice and seperate method, where you can carve up any solid to your hearts desire, and then use it to subtract from any other solid.
Would be nice to see revit encorparate these very basic tools that have been in Autocad for over 10 years that I know of.

Incase anyone is interested, i found the best way to do it was make extrusions picking the indivudual roof faces as the plane, then using those to cut a way at the walls, i'll post the end result when I'm done
