After you chose 'Stairs' on "home>circulation>stairs". you are in the " Modify| create stairs Sketch "
You need to choose 'Center-end Arc' instead simple 'line'.
Choose the settings of the stairs (hight offset,number of raiser etc.)
Pick the Middle spot of the stairs you want (remember,we are in a center-end Arc),and choose the radius of the circular stairs.
