It's queit easy to make a family with half oval beacause oval provide two dimensions.

But if you want to use arc, it's not that simple.

Try this when you need a arched window family that can be changed head height but rectagle height.

I used the Pythagorean theorem for it.

attached images will help you to understand.(it's Korean ver. but that won't be a problem.)
