Not sure if I'm in the correct section, if I'm not, my apologies... I am having an issue with RAC2010 not running on my win 7 machine. I am using 64 bit. I cannot afford to upgrade revit, now do I wish to downgrade my machine to XP. I have researched the subject, and understand that Revit 2010 was not designed to work with win 7. What I am wondering is if anyone has any experience with XP compatibility mode in win 7? I have home edition, thus I cannot try it, however I can upgrade to a version that has xp mode for $100. I would really, really appreciate if anyone has any experience with using revit in xp compatibility mode, and can let me know if it will or will not work, so I don't waste $100... Thanks in advance!

I should add that revit did work briefly on my machine, however now it will not open. I tried reloading it, but no dice Thanks!
