I'm looking for a parametric bent steel plate, one that I can control the length, length of legs, thickness of the steel and maybe a bonus of a radius of bend.  Anyone have anything like that the could share?

If you are talking about a detail componet, why not start with the light gauge angle that comes in your library?  Leg lengths are type driven and you could add a thickness parameter.

I just found that in my library so I'm going to manipulate it as you said.  Any pointers, threads or tutorials you can point me towards for adding angle parameter so I can adjust the angle of the legs if needed?

I am doing it as a detail component by the way.

I have pointed to this pointer often:  In the Revit Help pulldown is the link to the "Documents on the web" where you will find the families guide......
