Hi, i am tryign to figure out have to create a visibility of flow arrows...
YES/NO Check box --- Incline not(Decline) works
YES/NO Check box --- Decline works
YES/NO Check box ---- Both off (can't figure out)
is there a way to write formula creating not(Incline) and not (decline) ?

I don't think your third condition is going to work because of the way you have the first condition set up. If I'm reading it correctly, you want to have both off, or one or the other (but not both) on. Use Incline2 instead of Incline to control the visibility of elements (see params1 for parameters and formulas). That's the simplest method.
If you want it to be a little more complicated, see params2. That has parameters for Incline, Decline and Both Off. Incline2 is on if Decline AND Both Off are unchecked, Decline2 is on if Decline is checked AND Both Off is unchecked. Use Incline2 and Decline2 to control element visibility.
