I need help creating a new hatch pattern. I tried doing it myself but its very complicated.

On the first row we begin repeating the same block, with pieces made up of 60 x 15cms blocks. On the row below we have an uneven start with a repeating pattern of 60 40 20 pieces.  The last row consists of 20, 40 x15cms blocks.

It sounds kind of complicated so, I’ve attached a cad file for better understanding.

If you have not played with acad.pat before, this task is a bit cumbersome to you. I don't know the extent of your pattern in your model, but if you can do model lines on the surface, that would be easier for you. And, in case you want to render it, do an image of the pattern and apply it as a material. On your elevation, you can also do "Repeating Detail Component" to hatch your surfaces.
