Is there a way of elevating a curved wall in Revit so that the elevation view can be stretched out to add dimensional details on to it? Because obvioulsy just creating a standard elevation of it produces an elevation with depth rather than it being flat?
Any help please....

This has been asked before and the answer is no.
Not sure how your stretched elevation is valid anyway. In the field, how are they going to do that? Flat dimensions don't work on a curve. The only proper way to dimension these items is in a plan using radial dimensions or arc lengths. They you can show what radial you are dimensioning to and then the builder can build it.
Of course if the builder can build the wall straight then roll it into an arc afterwards, then by all means, dimension it flat.
