Have you guys ever get similar warning "Detected physical connection between Structural Elements, but did not detect Analytical intersection"?

I made a very simple model (columns-beam frame) to test some of the commands. Analytical lines were connected and in my opining analytical model was consistent. I have also checked some old models I made and this warning is always displayed.

Do you have any clue, what is the error about? Thanks!
