Revit Architecture 2012:  I'm using the "Save orientation and lock view" button for my 3d views, but when I close the project and reopen it, the orientation has changed.  Any ideas?  The view does have linked files in it...

That's weird. Try copying the view and do the save orientation & lock view, save your file and reopen it. Is somebody else working on the link file?

It is wierd, can't figure out why it happens - nobody else is using the file.  I think it was occuring when I locked the view, unlocked it and changed it and re-locked it.  Then it would revert to the old locked position...

The quick fix is to unlock the view and make a copy.  Then you can delete the old one and rename the new one.
