I created a rib for a diewall with a generic floor based templet, now I am trying to get it to load into a generic line base templet so I can create the diewall parts and have it array the ribs. When I ask it to load it does, I can see it in the properties bar, but when i try to place it on the drawing I get a circle with a line thru it. What did I do wrong, and how do I fix it? The generic based .rfa is attached.
Note, this is my first attempt with a line based family, I may be missing something basic.
Thanks in advance...

"I created a rib for a diewall with a generic floor based templet" - Because of that.... the HOST is a FLOOR, that's why you have that "a circle with a line thru it." you cannot place that unless you have a FLOOR.
Create that to a "Generic Model" family then load to a "Line based" family.
