Hi. I am wondering if it is possible to arch or curve a line of model text. Thanks!

If absolutely necessary couldnt the text be imported from third party software like autocad? if need be inserted into a model family of some sort? or does revit straighten out the text?

When I require this i usually do a letter at a time each on a different work plane... OR
i create an extrusion and a void to cut to the appropriate shape.
HTH.

Ok after trying this myself...
I would suggest creating a linebased detail component family that has a nested symbol family that contains a label for the text. I then suggest an array command in the line based detail family that utilizes a formula to array the correct number of symbols around the points center given the angle and length distance. The user would have to input the angle after placement. Then you can edit the text symbols parameters in your project to create the text. I gave it a shot and heres what i came up with...There isnt a formula associated with it yet just arrayed detail components in plan.
see attachement.

UNFORTUNATELY THIS WOULDN'T WORK FOR MODEL TEXT AS THE ACTUAL TEXT CONTENT CANNOT BE MADE A PARAMETER, JUST ITS SETTINGS
