i've produced some drawings at 1/100 scale.
i want to duplicate these to decrease the scale in order to plot on smaller size paper,
i have Duplicated with Detailing, then reduced the scale in the properties.
but, when i do this, all dimensions/annotation etc. stay the same size. making it impossible to read anything.
is it possible to reduce the scale of these too, without having to re-dimension the whole drawing, and re-annotate.

you're going to have to replace your dimensions and annotations with different dimension and annotation types made for smaller scales. You won't have to re-dimension stuff, just click it and change it's type.
