Hi,
I feel like this is a stupid question, but I can't seem to figure out the answer.
I've created a titleblock annotation family, and want to have a box with some text in it that the user can reposition on the sheet.
I've created the box as an generic annotation and have loaded it into the titleblock family, and created two parameters for the verical position and horizontal position the parameters are dimensions between the titleblock boarder to the edge of the text box.
The problem is that when I flex the family, it moves the boarder and not the text box.
What am I doing wrong??
Cheers.

Did you try pinning the border lines first?

Then I suggest you add a reference line, pin it and then add your constraints to that.
