Hi all! I'm looking for some help. The addition of the URL parameter in the families is an awesome feature for my firm since we link a lot of data this way. However, I'm getting sick and tired of searching for the URL that we, my firm, use (it's long), copying and pasting it into every family we create. Then I also have to update part of the link so it's specific to the family I'm creating. Is there a formula that I could place in the family template that would allow me to just input one shared parameter and the URL parameter would automatically be updated? For example, we have a shared parameter, let's say it's '000000', this number changes for each family. And let's say the URL is 'www.revitcity.com/000000'. The first half never changes, just the digits at the end. The 'digits' are located in the shared parameter. Is it possible to create a formula that cherry picks the number (another shared parameter aside from the URL) and adds it to the end of the URL automatically? Also, one other "glitch", is it possible also add '.PDF' to the end of that? LOL. I know it's a pain, but that's also why I'm asking, to see if it's even possible. Hopefully this isn't too complicated and confusing. Thanks in advance!

You can't do this with a formula. Why don't you create a spreadsheet that does this then just copy paste the address in?
