I am having issues aligning tiles in a project. I created a wall with an in-place model on top of it. The exterior of both elements is the same tile. I cannot get the grout lines to align. Does anyone have any tips for how to make this work? (Attached is a half-rendered image of this)

You should have a model hatch assigned to this material. In elevation, just use your align tool to aline one vertical line with the one below/above.
You can also move a pattern by tab selecting a line. I often add a dimesion, then select the line so I can adjust the dimension to what I want. This is useful for getting horizontal joints at the proper elevation.
