I am attempting to create a 12 x 24 staggered tile PAT file to use on a wall but cannot seem to get it to work properly. I would really appreciate any help that anyone could give me....

Copy and paste the following into you revit .pat file
*12x24 Staggered,
;%TYPE=MODEL
0 , 0 , 0 , 0 , 12
90 , 0 , 0 , 12 , 12 , 12 , -12
Now import your new custom hatch.
NOTE:this is for Model hatch if you need a drafting hacth change MODEL to DRAFTING.
