I'm using Revit 2011 and I've been using Revit since Revit8.
I'm doing exterior elevations and perspectives and I want them shaded w/ shadows.
The problem I'm having is with color consistency. In Revit 2009 you could go to advanced graphis under the shadow tool and make it consistent by checking a box...I can't remember what the box said. But what it did, was give me a consistent color whether I used shadows or not.
I don't see anything that will allow me to do this with 2011 and it's driving me nuts. I know there is the consistent shading, but then you can't use shadows. And if I use the shading w/ edges it's all washed out so that you have to play with the color and the settings so much that you can't get an elevation and a perspective to look that same.
Am I missing something? It seems like that shading w/ edges is much less user friendly than it used to be.
