I can't seem to view level 2 plan view after i changed the wall base offset to -2000 the hight of my wall)  ....however i can see level 2 in 3d view attached to level 1 which i want. i just need to see the the plan view of level 2 and attached to level 1 at the same time.

i actually figured it out lol...im so stupid ...i didnt change the levels in the elevation view to attach all the walls from each level to the correct hight. anyways ...
