I need edge angles for my second floor and for my roof.

How do I do this?

I tried placeing them at my canopy roof and they keep putting them in upside down.  I tried rotating them and mirroring them and it doesn't work.

Why is everything such a struggle to figure out in Revit? (getting very tired of this Revit thing!)

Some images/sketches/pics would be helpful in understanding what you are trying to say. You've written the problen as if we are sitting next to you and know exactly what you are doing.

Sounds like this could be dealt with using an In-Place family with a solid / void sweep ?

Sorry - the picture belwos shows the roff - i got the OOB angle to work. (see image "edge angle" below)

But I am still working on the second floor that has 3" total slab (image below "edge angle second floor").

I do not understand the In place family with a sweep or void - could you explain?

Also in the second image why doesn't my deck show up like deck?

Then I have an issue with the roof deck at the canopy.  How do I get it to take the slope of my joists, it keeps wanting me to put in a slope?  Also how do I put in just deck and have it show it correctly in section?
