When creating a massing model in a 3D view in the conceptual massing editor they have the levels visible so that you can lock your

masses to them.  This doesn't seem to be the case when you are creating a mass in the project environment.  Has anyone

else noticed this?  Is there anyway to turn them on?  Thanks.

Not sure you need to display them in the project environment as you can easily set the workplane and then set your sizing/positioning from this workplane quite easily...

Thanks for replying, but you can also set workplanes in the conceptual mass editor.  It doesn't make sense to me that you can only see the levels in 3D in the conceptual mass editor and not in the project environment.  Both are done in the same program!

Actually one could argue weakly that they are not quite the same program. One is regular REVIT and one is REVIT Conceptual Massing.

It's like In Place Families and Loadable families. Two different environments.

They are all produced by Autodesk and packaged together as REVIT.

Maybe in 2013 ?

As for Autodesk making sense . . . . . "keep your eyes on the dangling watch . . . "now . . . . you're getting very sleepy. . . . "
