I have a corridor with 8'6"' ceilings and 8' high bulkheads running across the corridor, next to the corridor I have a room with 10' ceilings and windows with a head height of 9'0".......How do you get the view range to function? If you put it above the window you can't see the corridor ceilings, if you put it lower than the corridor bulkheads it cuts thru the window and the sill appears along with no header above the window. The sill than cuts off the ceiling grid and it looks like the sill is the boundary for the ceiling.

Be sure your sill is a different object style. Turn that object style (sill) off in the RCP.
