I have a house to draw in Revit 2012. It has a hip roof that curves out in a flare at the bottom and I need help drawing it.

Also this house has a 14/12 slope on two sides of a hip and a 12/12 slope on the other two sides. 

Any suggestions about how to draw either type of roof???   Thanks, Jenny

Can you post some screenshots so we can figure what kind of shapes are you talking about?

I figured out the different slopes on the sides of the hip roof thanks to one of your threads on this site. 

I haven't figured out the curve part yet.   I have attached a picture of one of the roofs and a dormer with the curve hip.

Since this house is in a historical district, we have to leave it exactly as is and i need to be able to draw it as is.  Some that I have had to draw are more curved than this!

Create a mass with the right shape, remember you can use VOIDS to cut the mass like you want, then you can apply "Roof by Face".
